Chief Executive Officer, Linda Spurlin-Dominik Provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. National Marketing Director, Jessica Semon Overseas all marketing efforts for the organization, including providing strategic planning for all public relations, social media, events, collateral, website and newsletters. The position is responsible for providing branding standards for the organization and educating volunteers on why a consistent brand and messaging is important for the growth of the organization. Also responsible for maintaining our website. National Volunteer Director, Carol Highhouse Responsible for all aspects of our volunteer program, including on-boarding and recruiting volunteers. National Coordination Director, Sarah James Acts as national coordinator for states that do not have a state management team in place. Assists state level foster home coordinators as needed. National IT Director, Janna Loeffler Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all technology platforms for the organization. National Training Director, (currently open) Responsible for the development and training of all volunteers for the organization. Grant Researcher / Writer, Victoria Scott Research and writes specific grant opportunities for organizational programs, major projects, and other needs related to the Organization's mission.
National Marketing TeamThe National Marketing Team provides marketing support to the organization in the key areas of marketing, public relations, community outreach, events, social media and our newsletter. National Marketing Director, Jessica Semon Overseas all marketing efforts for the organization, including providing strategic planning for all public relations, social media, events, collateral, website and newsletters. The position is responsible for providing branding standards for the organization and educating volunteers on why a consistent brand and messaging is important for the growth of the organization. Also responsible for maintaining our website. National Media Relations Coordinator, open Primary point of contact for all interaction with the media for the organization. The Media Relations Coordinator is responsible for all media interaction for the organization, pitching story ideas to the media, organizing media interviews and handling any and all logistics. This volunteer must be fully educated with the mission and purpose of the organization and be familiar with all OPSEC guidelines. National Social Media Coordinator, open Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining the organization’s social media platforms (Facebook, twitter, YouTube, etc) and to responding to postings with standard responses developed by the National Marketing Director. National Events Coordinator, open Responsible for the review of proposed events that state support team volunteers have been invited to attend. Also responsible for providing guidance on information table set-up and best practices for attending events on behalf of the organization. National Newsletter Editor, open Responsible for the development, content and execution of the organization’s quarterly newsletter. Also responsible for maintaining contacts in the organizations e-marketing program, ConstantContact. National Blog Editor, Kathy Brinck Responsible for the organization’s national blog, Tails from the Front Line. Graphic Designer, open This is a part time position to assist with the development and execution of all collateral material for the organization (flyers, postcards, brochures, graphics, etc.)
