Guardian Angels for Soldier's Pet "IRS

Are incorporated in their
respective state as a nonprofit public charity corporation.

Donations to our "Affiliated Chapters" are
fully tax deductible (please contact your tax advisor) as allowed by the
Internal Revenue Code (Group Exemption Letter #5352) as a Guardian Angels For
Soldier's Pet "affiliated" (subordinate) chapter as defined in our IRS "Group
Exemption Letter"

Their purpose and mission mirrors Guardian
Angels for Soldier's Pet national organization based in the state of Arkansas

They operate
and utilize volunteers for this endeavor and do not anticipate the need to have
paid positions. Volunteers will be reimbursed those expenses as allowed by
the Internal Revenue Code (i.e., mileage, meals, and supplies) necessary to
perform the function they have volunteered to do

They are non-political,
non-partisan, and do not support nor endorse any political candidates
-
They are organized to
support our Military service members, veterans, their beloved pets, and to
promote patriotism.
